Preparing your son Junior Kindergarten

Junior Kindergarten is a wonderful time. Your children will learn when the school and completed the routine schedule in the classroom, the teacher's attention and enjoy fun educational activities.

I have many parents say to me, however, that if they brought their sons to take the lead of the teacher, the teacher to see a huge list of learning objectives for each child, if she could reach him, had. Some parents told me: "Ieven had my child to know that yet. "
Parents were asked, should not be my child learn the basics of JK? It is for this that go to school to learn?

The fact is that all children learn and develop at different times and at different levels. But just because your child may not be up to the expectations that some teachers are not mean that your child is all behind her educational experience. Some children may be considered "exceptional" can now obtain aStand still while the other kids catch up "behind" and possibly to meet other children learn.

If your child ready for school here are some tips to follow to help you.

First of all, you can try to understand what is taught in the classroom of the child level, before school begins and find out what are the basics. Once the basics when it is so easy that you like, you can count on them at home with your child, nomore and nothing less. It will be like a sort of introduction of screening. Your child will feel when they start school, because he / she know the basics and become familiar with the materials that will inform teachers of the class.

To find out how the information, talking with other parents, the children were in the same class level. Call the school and talk to someone who teaches the class / level, or to become familiar with it. You can also look online and see ifYou can find all the information available as well.

What about JK? This is great because this is the level where the children presented only to a real school setting for the first time.

Some tips on the basics that should your child with the following:

primary colors (red, blue, green, yellow, orange) (Optional: Black and White)

basic shapes (square, circle, triangle, rectangle.) (optional: Oval)

Counting 1-10 or1-15

Write the numbers:

Writing the numbers do not mean your child learn to clarify each issue. I mean just have pulled off the actual number, like 1, 2, 3, 4, ..... at least 10

Our suggestion would be to have numbers written on any room of your child spends the most time in. You can get a poster and hang numbered, and can. By the time the child is ready, we'll see how you try to write the numbers. The analysis is also agood way to help your child as they begin to write things down on paper.

Alphabet (should be able to sing the song, at least, and be familiar with the letters in their name.) (Optional: this is a great idea to get to alphabet posters that seem to be able, and you can have the letters on them, singing the alphabet.)

Letter of their name:

This can be a little 'complicated, but if it introduces the alphabet, which will soon bewill try to draw the letters they see, of course. As soon as they have an interest in this exhibition is a great idea for tracking, and groped and then finally to write letters after their names above.

This will not happen overnight, so patience is needed. They are constantly and make it fun and enjoyable, and let them go at their own pace, learn to draw letters should be a fun learning experience for you and your child to be.

age-appropriate books with colors, numbers, shapes, and letters are also a great way to present these areas of learning. Your child can look through them at your leisure.

With these few hints and tips, the child must be able to learn all the basics in no time. Remember, there's no hurry. You can not get your child something they are not ready. Just be patient, make all materials available and, before you provide your child will ask you questions and you are on your way to a wonderful learningExperience.

Have fun with your children, you can learn some things about her. * If you are trying to teach them to basics in a hurry, and give children an educational edge: Preschool Genius Learning can help: http://www.preschoollearningonline.com/ _shapesmath_counting.html preschool
